Pricing

Pay for your catalog size, not for features you should have already.

Six plans. Every plan ships every feature: scheduling, automatic rollback, multi-storefront, 17 pricing actions, variant filtering, cent override. The only thing that changes is the product cap. 3-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

01 / Why catalog-based

The price tiers track real infrastructure cost, not feature gating.

Most apps charge more for features they should be giving you for free. We don't. Every plan from Premium to Unlimited gets the full feature set. The difference is how much catalog the app processes on every campaign.

Each campaign hits the BigCommerce API once per product

A 50K-product store on a 10% sale generates 50K API calls. A 500-product store generates 500. The first costs us 100× more infrastructure to run safely (batching, retries, rollback storage).

Original prices stay in our database during the entire campaign

Rollback requires us to store every original price for the campaign's lifespan. Larger catalogs mean larger storage commitments. The plan cap is also our storage commitment.

No per-campaign fees, no API-call counters

Run one campaign a quarter or one per week. Same monthly cost. We'd rather price for the steady-state size of your store than tax you per use.

02 / Included in every plan

03 / Common questions

Pricing questions store owners actually ask.

How is my plan determined?
When you subscribe, we automatically count your products and assign the matching tier. You don't pick the plan, it follows your catalog size, so you never overpay or hit a wall mid-campaign.
Do variants count as products?
No. We count base products only, not variants. A t-shirt with 5 sizes and 3 colors counts as 1 product, not 15. That said, every variant still gets updated and rolled back correctly during campaigns.
Are there any per-campaign fees?
No. Run as many campaigns as you want, on as many storefronts as you have. Your monthly fee covers unlimited usage, unlimited preview cycles, and unlimited rollbacks.
What if my catalog grows past my plan?
We detect catalog growth on each campaign and prompt you to upgrade if needed. No automatic billing changes, you stay in control. The app will let you finish the current campaign before requiring the new tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the Stripe customer portal we expose inside the app. No long-term commitment, no exit fee. Active campaigns continue until their scheduled end date or until you manually roll them back.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No card required to start the 3-day trial. You enter billing only when you decide to keep using the app after the trial expires. Mid-trial campaigns continue running through the cutover.
Do I pay extra for multi-storefront accounts?
No. One subscription covers every storefront in your BigCommerce account. The app's active-channel switcher routes campaigns to the right storefront, and each channel keeps its own independent history.
Why catalog-based instead of usage-based?
Each campaign processes every targeted product through the BigCommerce API. A store with 50,000 SKUs uses more API quota, more worker time, and more database storage than a store with 500. Plan tier reflects that real cost, not arbitrary feature gating.
