How does the automatic rollback work?
Before any price change is applied, the original price for every product and variant is stored in our database. When the campaign end date is reached, those original values are restored automatically. Variants that inherit price from the parent product are never touched, so option rules and modifier adjusters remain intact.
Can I schedule a campaign in advance for Black Friday or another event?
Yes. Every campaign has a start date plus time and an optional end date plus time, both expressed in your store's timezone. The campaign sits idle until its start moment, executes the price changes, then auto-rolls back at the end date if you set one.
Does the app work with product variants?
Yes. You can target variants by SKU pattern (contains, equals, starts with, ends with), filter by brand or category, and the app respects BigCommerce option price rules so modifier adjusters keep working after a campaign.
Can I edit both Sale price and MSRP (retail) at the same time?
Yes. Each campaign can act on the regular price, the sale price, and the retail/MSRP price independently. You can also set retail equal to price (or vice versa) and apply cent-override rules like .99 or .95 across all three fields.
